第 I 条 方案书说明 INSTRUCTION

雄晋生物科技（上海）有限公司（以下简称“雄晋”）将向纺织工业提供纤柔酶XJ3000L产品应用指南及服务。

提供的产品及服务中的要求来自于纺织工业中全棉、棉/涤混纺、棉麻混纺及其它含有天然纤维素纤维的织物和部分含天丝织物的生物光洁整理以及服饰的除毛抛光或磨花等的需求。
The scope of product and services offered relates to requirements outlined in ABC invitation to proposal by phone as well as further discussion of  ABC requirements thereafter.

q The technical supporting service will be covered in the whole process from the sampling to the formal production as per the proceed of the production process.

2.1基本信息 Basic information
雄晋成立于2014年，并开始基础技术研发及纺织行业应用实践，从2015起在纺织行业中进行大规模推广应用。作为一家高科技企业，我们秉承以科技创新促进产业升级，以绿色环保助推清洁生产的理念，坚守安全、环保的政策，协同行业相关各方及资源优化，持续提供高品质的酶系列产品及服务。
Established in 2010, xiongjin started to research the basis technology and put into practice in paper-making industries. The scale operation has been promoted from 2014 and has been proved to be advanced in related customers and research center. We definitely hold the corporate concepts that technology creation promote the industry updating,and meanwhile, the strictest EHS policy will be abide by as the government and community requirements. The mission of our corporate is to provide the high quality enzyme series and service continuously combined with the related parties in  as well as the resource optimization in this field.
根据客户的需求，商务团队会组建以项目经理牵头，相关技术研发人员、客服人员、支持人员共同组建的团队，给客户提供保姆式的全程服务。
Project management team will be setup which includes technology staff,CS staff and related supporting staff as per the requirements of customer. Accordingly, the customer made service will be done covering the whole service process.
 
2.2技术及研发R&D
 
公司有独立的研发团队并持有开放、积极的态度与各个高校和其他研发机构共同协作，目前设有独立的研发中心，实验中心和产品检验控制中心，能够满足技术上从研发、样品试制至规模生产的全部要求，并持续改进。
 
The owned R&D team has been operated and meanwhile, the open cooperative concepts with the colleges and other research centers has been insisted on in the long term. Currently, the R&D center, Lab center and Quality control center are all run smoothly and can provide the whole process service from the sampling to the scale production.
 
2.3质量保证 Quality Assurance
 
公司建立适合质量管理的控制体系并取得相关的资格认证。保证从原料、生产、半成品以及成品检验的分析控制。并积极推广新型的质量控制工具持续提高质量控制的稳定度。所有的产品出具公司检验的质量保证书，包括并不限于质量保证期、产品控制和使用要求等。
 
Effective integrated quality system has been established and to be certificated as per related requirements. All quality check and control are covered from raw materials, process, semi-products to finished products. Advanced quality tools such as lean production has been promoted actively to improve the stability of process and product. Products assurance will issue,which includes but not limited to quality life,product control and key requirements for use.
 
2.4服务支持 Service Support
 
根据客户需求，组建以项目经理为牵头的项目组提供全程的项目服务。内容包括并不限于客户需求的前期沟通确认，工艺和酶的配比实验，现场技术实验及工艺优化，小试、中试到规模使用的技术支持，后续二次开发的技术和项目支持，长期合作的共同开发。
 
Under the leadership of project manager, the whole process service will be provided covering but not limited to the requirement conformation, ratio between enzyme and raw material, lab test on field, technical optimization, sampling and scale production. Surely, cooperative technical researching and improving will prevail from the long term based on your requirements.

3.1 客户需求分析 Demand analysis
 
生物抛光是对纤维素纤维织物进行永久性功能整理的过程，处理后的织物具有抗起毛、起球性能，使光滑度、柔软度增加。
 
ABC is one of the specialized tissue producers. For the sake of quality improving, cost saving and expenditure reduction, excellent improving enzyme will be into consideration.
 
3.2 产品选型 Product Choice
 
根据客户需求分析及公司的标准产品，选择XJ3000L纤柔酶。简要介绍如下，
 
S77 Fiber improving enzyme for paper-making are recommended according to the requirements of your side combing with corporate products data. Brief introduction as below.
 
3.2.1作用机理 Work Mechanism
 
本产品是由基因改良菌经过液体深层次发酵法生产的多酶制剂复合而成,专用于纤维素纤维织物的永久性整理过程。
The Product, S77 is made by further fermentation based on gene modified enzyme and dedicated to pre-handling prior to pulp mixing.
 
To make effective separation of the fiber and open the fiber cavity,it is very useful to effectively soften the fiber cell wall, increase the permeability of the fiber, conducive to the fiber fully swelling. Therefore  the effect of beating is improved, energy consumption is reduced accordingly.
l 降低纤维内聚力，利于纤维的细纤维化，使得纤维获得更多的纵向分裂机会，减少横向切断，有效保护纤维。
   To reduce the cohesion of the fiber, which is conducive to the fiber of the fiber, so that the fiber to get more vertical split opportunity, reduce the horizontal cut off ,so as to the  fiber is protected effectively.
l 破裂纤维初生壁，有利于次生壁外层的剥离，纤维之间结合力增强。
To rupture Fiber primary wall , it benefits to facilitate the stripping of the outer layer of the secondary wall, so that the fiber obtained full wire will brush, the binding force increase between the fibers accordingly.
l 选择性的集中水解织物表面杂乱细小纤维，并使纤维主干不受损伤。

3.2.5运输贮存 Transportation and storage
本品为生物制剂，运输、贮存过程应避免较高温度（大于35℃）和阳光直射，产品避光保存。
This product is a biological preparation, transportation, storage process should be avoided at higher temperatures (greater than 35℃) and direct sunlight, and meanwhile product should be to avoid light preservation.

3.3 技术应用 Technology Practice
 
   用 量 :   添加量为0.3%～1.5%omf（omf-对织物重，具体用量视加工要求而定）。
   Dosage:  120g ~ 160g per tons of dry pulp.
   用 法 ：  在工业水洗机或溢流机/喷射染色机等设备中加入酶，确保酶液混合均匀。
   Using method: in the water of the hydraulic machine, to ensure that the mixture is uniform.
   灭  活：  用碳酸钠将溶液pH值升至9.0~10.0，同时升温至80℃以上，保持20min以上。
3.4  安全性
 
本产品专门用于纺织工业生产，不可以用于食品工业。
在操作时请勿直接与酶制剂接触，避免长期吸入其粉尘及汽雾。皮肤、眼睛或黏膜直接沾上酶制剂，请即刻用清水冲洗。
